When I’m most gentle with myself I’m able to remember that everything is impermanent. That’s so easy to say when nothing is going wrong, but when you’re in a time of angst or distress.. So I can only imagine with more longevity in my life, I would have learned that lesson enough times to say that everything is going to be impermanent. You’ll get through it.
